Balanced Training Boot Camp

Go beyond traditional gym workouts with our 4-week outdoor fitness experience where fitness isn't simply about transforming your physical body, it's about the transformation of your lifestyle. Balanced Training Boot Camp is proud to work in partnership with the Desert Recreation District making the District Parks our official training grounds.

Join our club without walls and realize your true weight loss potential with our signature, cutting-edge training program. You'll revitalize your body, mind, and spirit while burning maximum fat and sculpting lean muscle. Our training strategies include all components of fitness from calorie slashing cardio drills and strength training movements to obstacle course park circuits, flexibility training, and focused core conditioning.

Our fitness boot camp experience is motivating without being intimidating and we welcome women and men of all fitness levels. Participants of our 4-week fitness boot camp receive "Fit-spirations"; weekly email's that include inspirational messages with fitness and nutrition tips. At the conclusion of the 4-week camp, participants are awarded a BTBC Mission Accomplished Dog Tag for a job well done!

Balanced Training Boot Camp has consistently been voted Best of the Valley in Fitness by Desert Magazine and has achieved a First Place ranking in fitness in the Palm Springs Life Magazine Readers Choice Poll.
